All the facilities related to members are available in this section.
In this the personal information of the member eg. Name, address, mobile number, email id, date of birth and others etc. Information must be recorded. After registering the personal information of the member, it is necessary to register the information regarding the membership. E.g. Membership Type (Monthly/Annual/Free/Chain Plan Member), Reader Type(Adult/Child), Date of Registration, Non/Founder Member? Fee amount, if any, etc.
Only after this, the members will be able to buy books/other transactions.
If the member discontinues the service due to some unavoidable reason, it is expected to collect the remaining books/newspapers and periodicals/subscriptions from the member and take cancellation application in the appropriate format.
After cancellation of membership, all library services of that member are terminated.
