Terms Of Services

1. Terms and conditions are binding on all service holders.
2. TechnoTime Computer Systems reserves all rights with respect to providing or refusing to provide services.
3. The information in the library is the property of TechnoTime Computer Systems. All rights in respect thereof are reserved.
4. Employees working on software are expected to be trained.
5. Fees and terms regarding services and training shall be as determined by TechnoTime Computer Systems from time to time.
6. Service will be activated only after full payment of service fee.
7. TechnoTime Computer Systems shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to non-payment of service charges or any other reason for termination of service.
8. Software, technology, logos are the property of the company.
9. TechnoTime Computer Systems is not obligated to make necessary changes to the software.
10. The necessary modification work in the software shall be completed in such manner/time as may be decided by TechnoTime Computer Systems.
11. Service charges for necessary change in software shall be as determined by TechnoTime Computer Systems.
12. TechnoTime Computer Systems shall have the copy/backup of the information in the software.
13. TechnoTime Computer Systems shall not be liable for any damages nor shall the service holder seek compensation.
14. elibrarycloud.com and the Service are purely technical matters and maintenance thereof is the responsibility of TechnoTime Computer Systems.
15. Service Break Down may be done for short duration due to some technical/other unavoidable reason.
